Masala Corn Cheese Balls

Masala Corn Cheese Balls is one of the most easiest and amazing recipe to be made.  The crispiness outside and softness inside is the perfect combination. This dish is perfect for parties , evening snacks etc.

During any festive time you can make this earlier and keep it in the fridge or you can even deep freeze them for upto 5 days .

Cheese is the main element of this dish and when corn and cheese come together it gives an amazing blend of taste .
The best part of this dish is that it is loved by all especially if you are a cheese lover ;) .

Masala Corn Cheese Balls !

Prep Time : 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes
Yield : 15 Pieces

  • 1 Cup – Sweet Corn boiled and coarsely ground
  • 2 Cups – Amul Cheese grated
  • 2 Tbsp – Lime Juice
  • ¼ Tsp – Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tsp – Jeera / Cumin Powder
  • ¼ Tsp – Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 Tbsp – Maida
  • 1 Tbsp – Cornflour
  • 2 Tbsp – Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 Tbsp – Ginger  chopped
  • Little Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Baking Soda

  • Mix all the above ingredients together . Add little water if needed and mix it into a dough.
  • Grease your palms with oil and shape it into balls.
  • Deep fry them till they turn golden brown.
  • Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
