Sabudana Wada or Tapioca Pearls Cutlets

Happy Navratri to all of you!

Navratri the festival of riot of colors and occasion dedicated to the worship of Goddess Durga. This festival is celebrated for 9 nights and 10 days.
Indians across the globe celebrate it with a lot of joy, frolic, and enthusiasm. Some people even keep fast for all the 9 days and consume no garlic, no onion, and common salt.
They eat fruits, potato , falhari (sabudana/tapioca pearls) , buckwheat flour etc food which gives them energy throughout the day .

So , my todays recipe is on the occasion of Navratri . The food item that can be easily consumed by people on fast and the rest can enjoy it as a snack .

This dish is made out of Tapioca Pearls / Sabudana which is the most common ingredient used during the fasting period.
The wada / cutlets when deep- fried turns out to be extremely crispy , delicious and filling.
